Ingredients

Preparation time-24h10 mins, Cooking time-5 mins

  1. 1/4 cuppaneer cubed
  2. 1large cucumber
  3. 1 Tbspginger chopped
  4. 2 tspbasil leaves chopped
  5. 1small carrot cubed fine
  6. 1/4 cupchickpeas soaked overnight and boiled
  7. 1 tspboiled corn kernels
  8. 1small green capsicum chopped
  9. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  10. 1 Tbspvinegar or lime juice
  11. 1 Tbspolive oil
  12. 1 tspdried oregano
  13. 2 tspparsley leaves chopped
  14. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  15. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add cubed paneer, boiled chickpeas chopped capsicum, boiled corn kernels, ginger chopped

    Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper powder, salt to the paneer bowl and mix well. Set aside.

    Cut half way to a cucumber carefully like a rectangle and extract the cut part. Deseed the cucumber

    Add the paneer with vegetables mix into the cucumber and plate

  5. 5

    During plating add some more chopped parsley, and basil leaves and enjoy a healthy salad
