Ingredients

  1. sheetSpring rolls
  2. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  3. 1small onion chopped
  4. I red bell pepper chopped
  5. 1 pinchbbq mix,curry and biryani masala
  6. 1 cubemaggi
  7. 1 tspoil
  8. 1/2 cupflour
  9. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan

    Add in your vegetables

  4. 4

    Add your spices

  5. 5

    Turn off heat,transfer into a sieve so that the water from the vegetables can drain

  7. 7

    Mix flour and water to make glue for sealing the rolls

  8. 8

    Take one sheet,spoon some vegetable mix at one edge,apply glue,tuck in and roll like a mat

    Repeat the process with the other sheets

    Heat oil on medium heat,and fry until crisp and golden in colour

    Serve with ketchup or mayo dip
