  2. 100 gramsCrushed Pista
  3. 3 tbspCondensed milk
  4. Suagr as per taste
  5. 1 tbspElachi powder
  6. 1 tspKewra water

    Boil completely milk

    When one complete boil done, add condensed milk.

    Keep stirring spoon for 20 minutes, add sugar.

    After adding sugar,add elachi powder.

  5. 5

    Keep stirring spoon,add crushed pistachios.

  6. 6

    For essence, add kewra water.

  7. 7

    Keep stirring spoon until kheer becomes thick.

  8. 8

    Take out in a serving bowl,add chopped pistachios.

  9. 9

    Pista kheer is ready. Eat with joy.
