One More Dish!

In the past, I made "Butter Soy Sauce King Oyster Mushrooms and Bacon" which was really delicious. This time, I added some firm tofu to make the dish even more filling.
If you have two burners available on your stove, cook the tofu (Steps 3 and 4) and stir-fry the mushrooms and bacon (Steps 5 and 6) simultaneously.
You can make this dish using only tofu, or you can also add other ingredients as well.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cover the tofu with a paper towel and set it aside to drain. Chop it up into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- 2
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into 5 mm thin pieces. Also slice the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
- 3
Heat a frying pan that's large enough that the tofu pieces won't overlap. Spread some vegetable oil and add the tofu from Step 1.
- 4
Toast the tofu over medium heat. When browned, flip them over and continue to toast. When done, turn the heat off.
- 5
Using a separate frying pan (or the same frying pan with the tofu removed), spread on some vegetable oil and stir-fry the king oyster mushrooms and the bacon.
- 6
When the mushrooms and bacon are cooked enough, lightly season with salt and pepper.
- 7
In the same frying pan, add the cooked tofu, butter, and soy sauce. Mix with a spatula without breaking the tofu.

One More Dish: Sweet-Savory Simmered Firm Tofu and Eggs One More Dish: Sweet-Savory Simmered Firm Tofu and Eggs
This is a tofu dish we have for breakfast a lot in our house. When we have grilled fish or another dish that's quite salty, this sweet-salty flavor matches well. Please adjust the amount depending on the volume of the eggs.In Step 4, don't overcook the eggs. Stop when they are still creamy. The dish is delicious like that.If you make this with silken tofu, the eggs will be soft due to the moisture that comes out of the tofu. Jiggly Egg Tofu One More Dish Jiggly Egg Tofu One More Dish
While in New York, I suddenly had a craving for egg tofu. I couldn't find any, so I tried making my own. It's easy so you can serve it to guests. They'll love it.It is quite light, so add more soy sauce if you prefer. If you'd prefer it firmer, use 100-150 ml of hot water, or use 2 eggs and 250 ml of hot water, and add extra seasonings. It's very hot, so mind you don't burn yourself when taking it out of the saucepan or steamer. One More Dish! Chikuwa and Nori Seaweed Fritters (Isobe-age) Made in a Frying Pan One More Dish! Chikuwa and Nori Seaweed Fritters (Isobe-age) Made in a Frying Pan
When I had a little leftover egg from making rolled omelettes and felt it a waste to throw it out, I quickly thought this up. My husband loves chikuwa isobe-age, so keeping that in mind, I thought that "I can use the egg in this bowl!!", and was in a hurry, so I made it up quickly in a frying pan. As for the picture of the bowl in Step 2, it looks like there is a lot of egg leftover, but there is really almost none left. Just in case! You can make this just using flour, but it tastes good if you make it with flour and a bit of potato starch flour. We are making a small amount, so you can make this with or without egg, but the breading turns out crispier when used. If there is not enough water in the breading, then please fine-tune it. Please heat up the frying pan well before adding in the cooking oil. The breading will stick to the pan if you don't. For 2~3 people. Recipe by usatarou cookpad.japan -
Delicious! One More Slice! Tomato Toast Delicious! One More Slice! Tomato Toast
I made this quick and easy recipe based on a pizza recipe, which was on a supermarket leaflet.I'm not fond of raw tomatoes, but I wondered about grilled tomatoes, and it was so good I couldn't stop eating it!★If you toast it together with the juice, you can enjoy the different textures of the soft parts where the juice was absorbed and the nicely toasted crunchy parts (Whatever you like!)★I like it well-toasted, but adjust the toasting time, salt, juice content (?) to taste.
