Cut 1-2 lemon slices for the garnish. Set them aside.

Squeeze the lemon. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl! It is sour sauce but as you cook this, it turns milder.

Remove any excess oil from the frying pan after cooking the steak.

Put in the combined ingredients and cook over high heat!

Simmer for a while! Taste first and if it is too sour for you, please add a little bit of sugar!

This sauce is delicious while it is still warm! This sauce makes the meat light and easy to eat!
