Ingredients

  2. Red pepper
  3. Attarugu
  4. Onions
  5. Oil or palm oil for frying
  6. Fresh ginger and garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Boil vegetables before blend. (Tomatoes, red pepper, onions, attarugu and fresh ginger, garlic)

    Thoroughly frying the stew paste on low heat for at least 20. (Ideally 30 minutes)

    Stock of protein is important too. After cooking your protei either beef or chicken. That stock plays a very vital and delicious role in your stew

    Using fresh vegetables

    Season and spice protein well before boiling

    Add bay leaves and rosemary leaves while cooking stew

  7. 7

    Best way to know your stew is cooked all the way through is to let it sit on low heat until oil sits on top of the stew
