It looks like spaghetti jollof but the taste & aroma is not what you get in jollof. Its one of my husband's favorite food. We really enjoyed it😋

Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 1spaghetti
  2. 1sardine
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2Chopped onions
  5. Grated scot bonnet (as desired)
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Maggi, curry & spices

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Perboil your sphagetti, Seive & keep aside.

  2. 2

    On a low heat, put little oil with onions in a pan & fry, add scot bonnet, maggi, curry, spices & stir. Mash the sardine then whisk the eggs & add to it. Stir for like 2 mins.

    Put your perboiled spaghetti in the mixture & stir altogether.

  4. 4

    Keep stirring until whole ingredients are mixed well. Serve
