Cooking Instructions

Wash your rice thoroughly with clean water and boil it adding appropriate salt to it.. Allow it to cook till its tender

In another pot cook your spaghetti adding appropriate salt. When it's tender filter the excess water away

Wash and Blend your fresh tomatoes and peppers with onions roughly don't make it smooth.. I use the manual blender

Dice some onions and keep separately.. Put a clean pot on fire and when it's hot, pour into it groundnut oil and when it's hot enough pour in your palm oil. Allow it to tint for like 50 seconds if you're using gas and 1 minute 30 seconds if you're using stove

Lower the heat a bit then pour in your diced onions and allow it to fry for like 20 seconds then pour in your blended tomatoes mix.. And stir the pot.. Allow it to fry for like 4 minutes

Add your tomato paste and crayfish and stir fry like a minute then pour in your chicken stock and stir.. Allow it to cook for like 5 minutes then add in your boiled chicken into it and stir

Add your seasoning cubes and salt to taste,appropriate proportion please, stir and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes

Your stew is ready to be served.. Trust me when i say it's appetizing
