Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Eggs
  3. Green pepper, scotch bonnet, onions (chopped)
  4. Seasoning for scrambled eggs
  5. pinchcurry, garlic and ginger powder
  6. Oil for frying
  7. salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut potatoes to desired shape and size

  2. 2

    In a frying pan pour in enough oil for frying potatoes

  3. 3

    When oil is hot. add a pinch of salt on potatoes and fry on high heat until crispy

  4. 4

    For eggs. Break in desired number of eggs in a bowl add chopped vegetables and seasoning. Whisk until it is all well mixed

  5. 5

    Drizzled oil for scrambled egg in a frying pan and on medium heat pour in egg mixture and scrambled

  6. 6

    Tip: i usually add a little bit of water in my eggs before frying. It makes the eggs soft.
