Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash, cut into cubes nd boil the Irish potatoes, drain and keep aside.

    Wash, cut and fry your chicken with seasonings and spices of choice.

  3. 3

    Blend the scotch bonnet, chop the onions and green pepper to desired shapes.

  4. 4

    In a pot, heat a little amount of oil, add in chopped onions, grated scotch bonnets, ginger and garlic and stir fry. Add in the fried chicken and stir.

    Add boiled potatoes, seasonings, black pepper and stir.

  6. 6

    Cover and allow to cook for five minutes, add in the green pepper and cook for additional five minutes.

  7. 7

    Can be served with White rice, spaghetti, macaroni, couscous etc.
