Chips and scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  1. 3large Irish potatoes
  2. 3large eggs
  3. 2fresh tomatoes
  4. 4fresh pepper
  5. 1small onion
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Canola oil got frying
  8. Dashsecret spice
  9. Baked beans to serve

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and remove the irish potatoes peel, slice into desired shape wash immediately and sprinkle salt and set aside

  2. 2

    Heat up canola oil in a frying or a small pot for shallow frying once it’s hot, fry irish potatoes till it’s crispy drain in a paper towel and set aside

  3. 3

    Wash tomatoes, onion and pepper and diced; break eggs, add little salt and whisk and set aside

  4. 4

    Heat up frying pan once it’s hot, add little canola oil and then add onion after a minute or 2 stir for about a minute

  5. 5

    Add fresh tomatoes and pepper; stir and allow it fry till the water dries off and make sure to stir continuously so it doesn’t burn

  6. 6

    Add little salt and secret spice, then add the whisked eggs and scramble till it’s all caked through

  7. 7

    Turn off heat and serve scrambled eggs with irish potatoes fries and baked beans on the side
