Mayonnaise Bacon Cheese Bread in a Bread Maker

Because I didn't have enough butter to bake bread, I used mayonnaise.
I made this because I wanted to bake a breakfast bread.
In Step 3 when rolling out the dough, roll it so that it is 2-3 cm longer than the bacon. When spreading the mayonnaise, don't cover the last 1/4 of the dough. This will help seal the ends securely. Recipe by Dokintan

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all the ingredients from the bread flour to the dry yeast in a bread maker and start the machine.
- 2
Once the dough is finished, remove from the bread maker and separate it into 8 portions. Punch the air out of the dough and roll the pieces into balls. Cover the balls with a tightly wrung cloth and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
- 3
Flatten the balls into ovals and spread mayonnaise. Cut the bacon in half, position on the dough so they overlap a little, cut the sliced cheese in half and place it on top. Roll the dough to fasten the buns. (See Helpful Hints)
- 4
Cut the rolls in half and arrange 4 by 4 in the pan. Allow to rise a second time until they double in size.
- 5
Sprinkle every other bun with pizza cheese (or all), and bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
- 6
If you don't have a square pan (in Step 4), cut the rolls in 3 and bake in foil cups.

I made this for my husband who enjoys bread on the side.If the dough doesn't stretch out, increase the resting time after the first rising. If you're impatient, place the ham on top of the dough and roll it out together. While lightly stretching the dough, roll it up. When using scissors, a deeper cut is better. It's okay if the bottom isn't perfectly level! It'll even out while baking. If they're are extremely slanted, push down on the baking tray a bit to even out. Recipe by xcaret cookpad.japan -

Delicious Bakery-Style Bacon Bread Delicious Bakery-Style Bacon Bread
COOKPAD user "Lincli's" ham and cheese rolls are delicious, so I tried making them with sauce. They are both delicious, and making bread is just so much fun that I can't stop. When wrapping up the sauce in the dough, coat only half of it, or else it will get in the way when closing up and you won't be able to do it tightly! Coat the dough as lightly as possible with the sauce and then top it with even more sauce when finished baking to make it taste delicious. Recipe by Meirinrin cookpad.japan
