Green Smoothie for Dieters

I came up with this recipe because I was trying to change my family's diet for us to eat healthy. Since I lost weight healthily, I'm not tired any more, and I simply can't go without this green smoothie.

Adding avocado makes the drink easy to drink and gives you beautiful skin!
You can substitute the komatsuna with bok choy, spinach, or mizuna. Try with different greens so you won't tire.
The kiwi is optional. Try adding a handful of grapes. Recipe by *koro mama *
