Bread Machine Whey Bread

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp
I ended up with a lot of whey to bake a yogurt cake, so I baked this to use it up.
In the winter, bring the whey to room temperature first.
The bread will rise, so 3 g of instant dry yeast is sufficient.
The photo shows the bread 5 minutes after being taken out of the bread machine. Recipe by Wanko mama
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Bring the whey to room temperature. During high temperatures in summer, keep it in the refrigerator.
- 2
Put everything except for the butter in the bread machine, set it to the bread loaf setting, and press the start button. Add butter after 5 minutes.
- 3
This is what it looks like sliced. It's so fluffy.

Fluffy Bread with Whey
If you use strained yogurt whey, the dough will become very fluffy. When I tried making it with cheese, it was surprisingly delicious. They were immediately gobbled up when I brought them to a potluck party.Since these are made by using the microwave and require no kneading, you can enjoy them in about 1 hour. Don't add the yeast into the whey until the whey has become body temperature. The baking time may vary depending on your oven. Recipe by mini

I wanted use up the last of my whole wheat flour. If your oven isn't that strong, bake between 180 - 200°C. If you don't have whole wheat flour, use bread flour. It's good to divide the dough into 3 portions if you prefer thin crusts. Recipe by Anpinku

Chocolate Marble Bread Made in a Bread Machine
I made this chocolate marble bread at my children's request. An important point of Step 8 is to leave space for the dough to rise after you put it back in the bread pan.The second rising may not be long enough when made in a bread machine so the pattern may come out a bit checkered.Personally, I think it might be better to let the dough rise for a second time, then bake it in the oven, but it tastes just as good made in a bread machine, and you can still see a nice marbled pattern. Honey Milk Walnut Bread (Whole Wheat Flour) Made in a Bread Machine

Sausage Bread Using a Bread Machine
I like sausage bread so I make them often, but twisting the dough around the sausages is pretty hard. So I thought up an easy but still attractive way to make the rolls.I always pay attention to how much the dough rises. The rolls may look complicated, but they are actually easy. I used to use sausages on skewers or use two small ones at once before I found these sausages. These ones have 8 per package, and are just right for making this sausage bread. Recipe by Mimimiccho

Strawberry Milk Bread in a Bread Maker
I tried making this since strawberries were cheap. Even small strawberries were more than enough. The strawberries start off at 130 g, but after heating they reduced to 112 g.I used one 50 g egg. Please use the strawberries after they've cooled. This has a light sweetness, so if you want a sweeter bread, please add 10 g of sugar. If you're using large strawberries, 5 or 6 should be enough. Quick-Baked Milk Bread Loaf in a Bread Maker
I stumbled upon this recipe when looking for a way to make quick, delicious bread. When you don't have honey, you can substitute it with sugar. You can bake the bread on the "standard course", but the "quick bake" setting will make the bread fluffier .The normal crust is good, but I prefer baking this loaf with a light crust. You can use 220 g of bread flour + 30 g of cake flour or 250 g of bread flour. For 1 loaf. Recipe by Yuukarikoara

Using a Bread Machine! Fluffy Walnut Bread
My family likes soft walnut bread and I was making it for my family. The shape of the bread is the same, but I altered the recipe because I wasn't quite happy with the dough. This bread is very soft as you put yogurt and honey in the dough. If you don't have butter, use 20 g of shortening and 6 g of salt instead!! For 10 portions. Recipe by Kobayanchan

Homemade Yeast Milk Bread
I'm obsessed with making bread from homemade yeast starter. I like the ratios of ingredients for the recipe for Maple Jam Bread (Recipe ID 965497) that I recently uploaded, so I just changed that a bit to make this milk bread, adapting the recipe by adding some vegetable oil and increasing the liquid ingredients to make sure the bread would still come out soft.If you don't want the bread to get so brown, you can bake it for the last 13 minutes at 190 ℃. It seems that ovens can vary quite a bit, so adjust the times and temperatures to match your oven. Rather than strictly following the times and temperatures written in the recipe, go by the feel of the dough to judge how much you should knead the dough, how long you should let the dough rise, etc. The rising process takes time, but please just be patient. Wiener Sausage Bread Rolls Using a Bread Machine
Since I love wiener sausage bread rolls, I made some.I used a "MKHDBー100" bread machine. *I used the "bread dough" program, with 1 hour for the 1st rising. When you check the dough during that time and it's already doubled in volume, you don't need to wait for the whole hour. You can remove the dough from the machine at that point. Make sure to cover the dough not being handled during Step 4, 5,6 so that it doesn't dry out. When you are slashing the tops, if you wet the tip of a knife, it won't stick to the dough and it's easier to make clean cuts. Please be careful not to slash the bread too deeply. Fluffy Sandwich Bread with Milk (in a Bread Machine)
I wanted to make the milk-flavored bread that I ate often when I was a child. After trial and error, I succeeded with this regular milk sandwich bread. This sandwich bread stays forever fluffy. This goes well with about anything so try making different variations. When making the chocolate version or the low fat version, be sure to adjust the amount of sugar and butter used.I now always use about 15 g transfat-free shortening, along with soy milk and butter.Microwave gently to make it fluffy again.
