I tried many different recipes in my quest to make a milk bread with exactly the taste I wanted, and finally settled on this.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 190 gramsBread flour
  2. 60 gramsCake flour
  3. 20 gramsButter
  4. 40 gramsCaster sugar
  5. 2 tbspCondensed milk
  6. 4 gramsSalt
  7. 160 mlMilk
  8. 4 gramsDry yeast

Cooking Instructions

    Put everything in the bread maker. Put the yeast in the yeast compartment.

    Use the bread course setting and set it to quick bake. If you can choose the crust colour, set it to light or standard.

    If you use a Rehrucken mould, you can cut it easily along the lines.

Hi, I made this just now and my bread came out white on top (chose the medium brown setting) and there are patches of uncooked dough in the center. I used the quick setting in the bread maker. What could be the reason for this. It tastes great though.
