Strawberry Milk Bread in a Bread Maker

I tried making this since strawberries were cheap. Even small strawberries were more than enough.
The strawberries start off at 130 g, but after heating they reduced to 112 g.
I used one 50 g egg.
Please use the strawberries after they've cooled.
This has a light sweetness, so if you want a sweeter bread, please add 10 g of sugar.
If you're using large strawberries, 5 or 6 should be enough. Recipe by Mokobu- mama

Strawberry Walnut Bread in a Bread Maker Strawberry Walnut Bread in a Bread Maker
I'm not good at rolling filled dough, so this method was easier. When dividing the dough into 12 portions, use a sharp knife and cut it through from the top to the bottom, then it will cut neatly. Even if the shapes are not perfect, when you arrange them on a baking sheet, you can reshape them. The baking time is just a suggestion, so adjust it according to your oven. Quick-Baked Milk Bread Loaf in a Bread Maker Quick-Baked Milk Bread Loaf in a Bread Maker
I stumbled upon this recipe when looking for a way to make quick, delicious bread. When you don't have honey, you can substitute it with sugar. You can bake the bread on the "standard course", but the "quick bake" setting will make the bread fluffier .The normal crust is good, but I prefer baking this loaf with a light crust. You can use 220 g of bread flour + 30 g of cake flour or 250 g of bread flour. For 1 loaf. Recipe by Yuukarikoara cookpad.japan -
Strawberry Bread Strawberry Bread
I added dried strawberries to my usual strawberry dough, and created a white bread roll inspired by the novel "Heidi."The recipe calls for 150 g of strawberries but some stick to the mixer so the final amount is more like 145 g.The dried strawberries will be smashed if you add them in the automatic function of the bread maker. This gives the bread a strawberry taste throughout, if you prefer to retain the shape of the strawberries: mix in after removing the dough from the bread maker (like I do). Fluffy Sandwich Bread with Milk (in a Bread Machine) Fluffy Sandwich Bread with Milk (in a Bread Machine)
I wanted to make the milk-flavored bread that I ate often when I was a child. After trial and error, I succeeded with this regular milk sandwich bread. This sandwich bread stays forever fluffy. This goes well with about anything so try making different variations. When making the chocolate version or the low fat version, be sure to adjust the amount of sugar and butter used.I now always use about 15 g transfat-free shortening, along with soy milk and butter.Microwave gently to make it fluffy again.
