Since I have high blood pressure, when my friend told me about the tasty combination of ginger, soy milk, and cocoa, I gave it a try.

Ginger has blood-cleansing properties, induces sweat, and is good for tummy aches. Soy milk is good for the skin, is also sweat-inducing, has vitamin E, and isoflavones, which are similar to female hormones. Cocoa is also good for the skin, prevents arteriosclerosis, supports healthy digestion, is rich in fiber, and also has blood-cleansing properties. And cinnamon is said to be good for repairing the blood vessels. Recipe by Himawarichan
