Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork
  2. 1Aburaage
  3. 1/2 blockTofu
  4. 2leaves Chinese cabbage
  5. 4cm Daikon radish
  6. 4cm Carrot
  7. 4Shiitake mushrooms
  8. 1packet Shimeji mushrooms
  9. 1/2 bunchChinese chives
  10. 1/2Japanese leeks
  11. 1000 mlSoy milk
  12. 3 tbsp○ Sesame seed paste (tahini)
  13. 3 tbspor more ○ MIso
  14. 3 tbsp○ Sake
  15. 2 tbspMirin
  16. 2 tbsp○ Chicken soup stock (powder)
  17. 1 tsp○ Grated garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all the ingredients into small sizes so that they cook through easily.

    Mix together the ○ ingredients.

  3. 3

    Pour soy milk into the pot and heat over medium heat. Add the seasoning sauce from Step 2.

  4. 4

    Add the vegetables, starting with those that take longer to cook.

  5. 5

    Once they are almost cooked, add the Chinese chives and leeks. Cover with a lid and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Bon appetit!
