Caramel Muffins

I bought 200 g of caramel chocolate chips!
I don't normally have heavy cream on hand, so I used milk instead. It was still rich and tasty.
・Do not forget to heat the milk to make the caramel.
・I used caramel chocolate chips but I think nuts would go well with this muffin recipe. Add your favorite nuts. Recipe by nyonta

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make the caramel. Combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of water in a sauce pan and heat until the sugar mixture looks like this. Microwave the milk.
- 2
Turn the heat off and add the warmed milk (be careful of the hot steam!). After the milk is added, the caramel will start to harden...
- 3
Heat over low and stir with a wooden spatula to melt the hardened caramel. It will turn into a glossy caramel color once it melts and blends with the milk.
- 4
Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until pale and fluffy (add a little oil if the mixture is too grainy and difficult to beat).
- 5
Add eggs and vegetable oil and mix well.
- 6
Sift the ● ingredients and add half to the bowl. Mix lightly and add the Step 3 caramel. Mix well, add the rest of the dry ingredients, and stir.
- 7
Reserve some of caramel chocolate chips for the topping and stir the rest into the batter.
- 8
Put the batter into the moulds and scatter the reserved caramel chocolate chips. Bake in an oven preheated to 170ºC for about 30 minutes.
- 9
It is done.
- 10
Decorate with cupcake wrappers. They'll make nice presents.

Caramel Crumble Muffins Caramel Crumble Muffins
I wanted to top muffins with my favorite crumbles. The crumble dough hardens after it cools, so stir again before topping (if the dough is still too soft, add a small amount of flour or almond flour). You could halve the amount of caramel cream and use commercial caramel syrup. It's delicious! For 5-6 muffins. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -

I usually make them with chocolate, but I wanted to eat with caramel, so I created this recipe.I used store-bought caramel squares, though. It's very easy to make!! Mix in the order, and when you add dry ingredients, make sure that you fold them in.I recommend chopping the caramel squares into small pieces and the chocolate into larger pieces. When the caramel pieces are too hot, they get sticky, so cool them down, then use them. Caramel Banana Muffins Caramel Banana Muffins
I wanted to make soft, fluffy, buttery cake-like muffins with a small amount of butter, so I tried and tried and finally succeeded. Since I love this recipe so much, I want to keep it a secret. I bake these muffins in a variety of ways.If you prefer creamy caramel, then add 20 g heavy cream before adding the banana in the pot.The trick is the way to mix in the flour. Stop mixing as soon as the flour is mixed in!You must use fully ripened bananas with black spots So wait until the banana ripenens. For 4 muffin cups. Recipe by Marimo1016 cookpad.japan -

Banana Caramel Cream Muffins Banana Caramel Cream Muffins
I made this because I wanted to make a dessert recipe that used caramelised bananas. The secret behind the muffins' fluffiness is to stop mixing the batter once the flouriness is gone in Step 7, and to use vegetable oil. The vegetable oil makes the muffins fluffier than using the margarine alone. Recipe by Ayuna. cookpad.japan -
