Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all ingredients in a bowl except for the butter and mix. Then add butter and mix well. Bring the dough into lump and knead well.
- 2
Let the dough rise for the first time using the proof of your oven (or on the lowest possible temperature) until doubled in size. Take out the dough and divide into 5 portions. Round the portions and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 3
Roll the dough out into a circle using a rolling pin and cut a 1/3 size piece into each circle using a knife. The larger piece is for the body and smaller one is for the face, horns, and legs.
- 4
For the body, place the cream and fold it to firmly seal the edges. Take the dough for the face, horns and legs, and cut it in half. Take one of the halves and cut it into three.
- 5
Take the half piece and round it into an oval to form a head. Take one of the halves cut into three pieces and roll it out into a long stick-shape, then roll into a coil. Roll out other two pieces into ropes for the legs.
- 6
Make four cuts on the curved part of the body. Cut legs into two pieces and stick them under the body as front and back legs. Stick the head piece of the dough to the body and place the coiled horn on top.
- 7
Put the sheep on a baking tray and let rise for the second time using the proof mode of your oven for 30 - 40 minutes. After the rising is done, preheat the oven immediately.
- 8
Cover the head using aluminum foil and sift strong flour over the body using a tea strainer. Make a hole in the face using cooking chopsticks and insert chocolate chip for the eye.
- 9
Bake in a 170℃ oven for about 13 minutes. If they get too brown, cover lightly with aluminum foil.
- 10
The cream filling is easier to stuff when it's on the firm side. I used.

Another filling alternative is an orange custard cream.

Fluffy Milk Bread Fluffy Milk Bread
I wanted to make really fluffy bread! And with this bread, my dream came true.I wanted the bread to have a slight golden color on the tops, so I covered them with a sheet of aluminum foil after 10 minutes of baking time. But if you want to bake white bread, dust the tops with bread flour, bake at 180°C for 8 minutes, cover with aluminum foil, lower the temperature to 140°C and bake for another 7 minutes. In the summertime, preheat the oven to 180°C, lower the temperature to 140°C, and bake for 15 minutes (cover with aluminum foil if needed). Fluffy Bread Dough Fluffy Bread Dough
I bought a ton of extra-strong bread flour. However, using a lot of it at once is kind of a waste, so I blended the strong flour and cake flour to make my own, and made the dough with it. This dough is suitable for either sweet bread or savory bread. If you don't have extra-strong bread flour, use 240 g of bread flour and 60g of cake flour.Adjust the heat of the milk based on the season, and adjust the amount of milk as well based on the season and how floury the dough is.This dough is very easy to make.It won't get hard the next day and will still be delicious. All you need to do to recreate the freshly baked fluffiness is just heat it up in a 500w microwave for 20 seconds. My grandmother asked me to bake bread with cheese kneaded into the dough. So I created this recipe. It turned out a little bit different from what she expected, but the cream cheese made the crumb very tender. When I visit my parents' house, I can use their bread maker and it is so easy to bake. But I usually knead by hand at home.Since this dough is soft I find it easy to form. But if you find it too sticky, just flour your hands and work surface. Recipe by Mirunesan cookpad.japan -

Milk-flavored Cream Bread Milk-flavored Cream Bread
I used my family's favorite milk bread recipe and folded in some custard cream to bake. These handmade cream breads tastes mild and delicious. Also check out my "Fluffy Bread with Honey and Apples": [].Brushing on some egg mixture at the end makes it really glossy when baked. Add a small amount of rum into the custard cream to improve its flavor. The cream gets hard when cooled down, so divide it into eights to make things easier. Keep your eyes on them and cover with aluminum foil before they burn. Recipe by Nanohana uchan cookpad.japan -

Basic fluffy white bread Basic fluffy white bread
After a very long hunt I finally found the perfect fluffy bread recipe from a friend and tweaked it to makes my own. I used semolina to really add flavor. I can tell when it's been left out. Also the wheat protein is crucial to the light and fluffy texture. You can get bread flour and leave it out since that's what bread flour is. I just don't like storing different plain flour.
