Sautéed Chicken Breast with Broccoli

I saw a chef making this on TV, so I tried it myself with chicken breast. It's an entirely different recipe to the one I saw, so naturally the taste may be different, but I put chicken, which was cheap, and broccoli together.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsChicken breast
  2. 1 headBroccoli
  3. 1 tspChicken stock powder
  4. 1Salt
  5. Pre-seasoning the chicken
  6. 1 tbspSake
  7. 1 tspSoy sauce
  8. 1 tspKatakuriko

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the broccoli into small florets and boil for about 3 minutes. Drain in a colander.

    Skin the chicken breast and slice into into 1 cm thick diagonal pieces.

  3. 3

    Cut again into rectangles, mix with sake, soy sauce, and katakuriko.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Once the oil is heated, sauté the chicken pieces from Step 3.

    When the chicken browns, turn over to cook the other side.

  6. 6

    Add in the broccoli and the chicken bone soup stock powder. Taste and add more salt if needed.
