Cooking Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- 2
Cut the peppers in half, and remove the stem and seeds.
- 3
Julienne.
- 4
Blanch the sliced peppers in boiling water briefly, and drain.
- 5
Drain well, and mix with the shio-konbu and white sesame seeds.
- 6
Done!
