Moist Banana Cake

I often buy bananas because they are cheap. I like them, but they turn black rather quickly.
So, after checking lots of other recipes, I came up with my own banana cake recipe! It turned out more moist and delicious than I expected!
It contains banana, so you can reduce the amount of sugar and it will still be sweet. It's healthy. Recipe by Chi-zusan

Ultimate Moist Banana Cake Ultimate Moist Banana Cake
I've tried making lots of different banana cakes, but if I mixed in lots of bananas, the cake would always be too heavy. I tried thinking up a recipe where I could still use lots of bananas but result in a light yet satisfying cake,. I was aiming for something between a genoise and a pound cake. You can definitely taste the banana, but this cake is still soft and moist and has the best balance of any cake I've made until now.I recommend using fully ripened bananas. If the bananas aren't fully ripe then increase the amount of sugar. Even with ripe bananas, this is not very sweet. I also recommend using unsalted butter. After baking, let the cake rest for over half a day for a moister, more delicious flavor. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -
Moist Banana and Walnut Pound Cake Moist Banana and Walnut Pound Cake
I tried making a cake that was simple and suited my tastes, with what I had in my kitchen! My friends love receiving this as a gift.It will be moist when cooled, and fluffy if you leave it a day, so it makes a good present. Slice it up and give as Valentine's Day gifts.Mind you don't over-mix it once you've added the flour. Use a ripe banana. If it's not sweet enough, add some honey to the mashed banana.Canola, vegetable and grapeseed oil are mild-tasting. It's fine to use olive oil, but the taste will be a little stronger. Easy Banana Crumble Cake Easy Banana Crumble Cake
I wanted to increase the number of crumble cake recipes, so I made it with bananas, which are available year-round.It's okay even if you can't mix the ingredients well. Just mix the flour (and baking powder) as best as you can. Lightly mix in the banana.Because you bake it for 5 minutes before adding the crumble layer, the crumble doesn't sink into the batter.
