Ingredients

  1. 200 gramssoaked chana dal
  2. 1 large sliced onion
  3. 1 tspGrated ginger
  4. 1 tspgarlic paste
  5. 2 tspchilli paste
  6. 1grated carrot
  7. 1finely chopped capsicum
  8. 4 tbsprice flour
  9. As per taste Salt
  10. as requiredChopped coriander
  11. as neededBread crumbs

    Chana dal vadas

    Recipe
    Soak chana dal for 3 hours

    Then drain out all water
    Make a coarse paste in mixer
    Add sliced onions,grated ginger,garlic chilli paste,salt,grated carrots,capsicum,finely chopped coriander,rice flour
    Roll into round flattened tikkis
    Roll the tikkis into bread crumbs.

    Deep fry in oil
    Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup
