Ingredients

  1. 125 gmMaida
  2. 50 gmUrad dhall batter
  3. 50 mlCurd
  4. 1/2 tspnBaking soda
  5. as required water
  6. As required Oil for fry
  7. For sugar syrup
  8. 250 gmSugar
  9. 250 mlWater
  10. 4 nosCrushed cardamom
  11. 1/2Lime juice
  12. Pinchyellow food colour

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dhall for 2 hours Then grind to make a smooth paste. Add maida, curd, baking soda, and some water mix well and make a smooth batter.

    In a pan add sugar and water Cook till single thread consistency. Add cardamom, food color, and lime juice.

    Transfer the batter into a piping bag. Heat oil in a pan. Keep the flame on medium. Make Jalebi fry till golden in colour. Remove from oil and dip in sugar syrup for few minutes and take it out.
