Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad dal
  2. Pinchyellow food colour
  3. 5-6thread kesar
  4. 2 tbspchopped pista,almonds
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1.1/2 cup sugar
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. as neededGhee for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Soak urad dal for 2-3 hours.drain the water transfer into a blender and blend it.make a smooth paste.

    Heat ghee in a wok add small balls of urad dal and deep fry til crispy.

    Put sugar,water,kesar,food colour and cardamom powder in a wok,make sugar syrup.

    Dip fried balls in sugar syrup for 5-6 hours.

    Transfer in to a serving bowl garnish with chopped nuts and serve it.
