This is a great snack for kids who have egg or butter allergies.
Also, these are healthy cookies, and great for those who are on a diet.

Ingredients

30 servings
  1. 100 gramsCake flour
  2. 50 mlCanola oil
  3. 50 mlSoy milk
  4. 3 tbspMaple syrup
  5. 80 gramsSweet corn flakes
  6. 100 gramsMixed dry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the mixed dry fruits lightly with hot water. Drain well.

    Put the soy milk, maple syrup, and canola oil in a bowl and mix with a whisk.

    Immediately add the sifted cake flour and lightly combine. Then add the corn flakes, dry fruits, and continue to mix.

    Spread a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray. Using 2 spoons, scoop the mixture into 2-cm balls. Place the on the tray.

    Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
