Ingredients

50 servings
  1. 150 gramsCake flour
  2. 40 gramsSugar
  3. 30 gramsVegetable oil
  4. 10 gramsWater
  5. 10 gramsCocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, vegetable oil, and water, and knead until the dough comes together.

  2. 2

Once the dough has come together, divide in half, and add cocoa powder to half.

  3. 3

Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut out using a cookie cutter. As baking powder is not added to the dough, the cookies will not rise during baking, so the thickness of the cookies will remain the same.

  4. 4

Bake in the oven preheated to 170°C for 20 minutes.
