Exquisite Tart Tatin-style Apple Cake
I based this recipe on Makiko Fujino's "Tart Tartin Style Cake" and adjusted the ingredients to my preference and also reduced the amount of tools used to save on clean-up time.I use a Teflon-coated deep pot with removable handles that can be used in the oven. This saves on clean-up time and is simple and easy for cooking! But it's fine to use a pot with handles that can be put in the oven. If you don't have one, make the caramel in a small sauce pan, then pour it into a round cake pan. The cake is delicious fresh from the oven, but if you let it sit for 1 to 2 days, the caramelized apples will blend into the cake and it will become nice and moist. Recipe by *porin*

Peach Almond Tart-Style Cake
I often bake cakes with canned fruits. This recipe is one of them, and my family and friends love this, so I posted the recipe.Adjust the baking time to your oven. You can bake a delicious cake with canned yellow peaches, pears, or pineapples. Lemon juice removes the canned food smell, and the cake will be much tastier. You don't need to use all of the thickened syrup for this recipe. It's just as delicious if you put it in yogurt or spread on bread. Recipe by Renbasu

Easy Almond Tart Cake
This is a cake my mother often made. As a student, I'd bring this to school, and now as an adult, I bring it to work and everyone loves it!If you mix too much after adding the almond slices, they will break into small pieces, so lightly fold in.Adjust the baking time and temperature to your oven. Keep an eye on it as it bakes. On the second baking, bake until the top is browned and the cake becomes fragrant (adjust to your taste). Recipe by Marrietty

Black Tea Apple Cake (Tarte Tatin Style)
I layered apples on the bottom of the pan in a tarte tatin style, and added black tea leaves to make a fragrant black tea apple cake; I baked it in a rice cooker. A recipe for apple cake gave me the idea to make this. The sponge cake portion of the cake should rise as shown in the photo. If you cover it with a cloth or plastic wrap while still hot, and gently press down on it, you can control the degree of rising. You can easily make this with 1 apple, but using 2 apples gives it a richer flavor. Easy! Kabocha Squash Tart Cake Shop Style
A long time ago, the wife of a farmer who my mother used to work for gave us this tart! It was so good that we asked for the recipe! It's so tasty that it makes a great present! You really can't fail with this. My friends loved this when I gave it to them as presents.Divide the tart dough into two, roll out one portion until it's wide and thin, and press it into the cake pan!If you mash the kabocha well, it will be smooth. If you mash it roughly, it will be fluffy.I started off baking it at 340°F/170℃, then when it started to change colour, I reduced it to 320°F/160°C. Recipe by momoko0211

Taiwanese-style Pineapple Cake Tarts
No mixer required! Tastes better than the best packaged versions.

Yogurt Cake or Tart
The other day I made this yogurt cake or tart, and honestly, it only lasted a few hours, haha! It was delicious! The best part is that it's made in no time since the ingredients are very basic and we usually have them at home, making it a very economical recipe, as well as easy and quick to prepare. The final result is a mix between flan and pudding because it's more compact than a flan. You can decorate it with whatever you like; I used blueberry jam, but you can use any flavor you want, or even fresh fruit, berries, whipped cream, dulce de leche... It's even tasty on its own!

No Need to Bake twice! Kabocha Tart Cake
I have a recipe like this from about 15 years ago that you make in a pot, so I altered a bit so that it can be made in an oven. You can skip the tart crust. In that case, wrap the pan with foil so that the kabocha squash filling doesn't leak outIf the tart crust starts to get sticky while you are pressing it with your hands, don't use your finger tips, but press with your thumb pad. Tarte Tatin-style Rice Cooker Cake with Canned Peaches
I made this for my husband on his birthday, since he loves peaches. We decorated it candles to celebrate.Let cool on a rack once baked, and wrap with cling wrap so it doesn't dry out. It'll be a lot more moist the following day.Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, as desired. Recipe by Chihiro

Soy Milk Cheese Tart Cake
I wanted to make a tasty sweet that everyone could enjoy, even those with wheat, egg, or dairy allergies!Mix it lightly after you've added the vinegar to the soy milk cheese. Don't over mix it.Add honey to the separated soy milk cheese liquid for a refreshing and tasty drink. You can enjoy the leftover soy milk cheese as-is with jam, or in a sandwich! Recipe by yushuryo

Autumn Cake with Walnuts, Coffee, and Chocolate
I choose to cook to keep family traditions alive and pass them on to my children, hoping they will remember them fondly when they grow up! ❤️When I met my husband and his family years ago, I fell in love with a cake his mother always made, featuring walnuts, chocolate, and coffee (I love all three of these ingredients!)... Since I first tasted it, I decided to make it every year during the first walnut harvest: this is my entirely plant-based version, soft, perfectly moist, and delicious enough to make you swoon! 😍

With Apples Cinnamon and Walnut Cake
Using "Cinnamon and Walnut Cake"as a base recipe, I mixed some apples into the dough. I've posted this recipe after adjusting the measurements. For best results, use bread knives to cut the cake into slices. I think this cake would also be amazing with persimmons. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki

Easy Chestnut Pound Cake for Autumn
I made lots of chestnuts simmered in inner skins, so I baked it with a pancake mix I found in the pantry.Wrap the cake tightly with a cellophane wrap when it is slightly cool and let it sit for one day then it will be delicious. For one pound cake pan, make the ingredients amount half and the time to bake would be about 30 minutes to 40 minutes! Chestnut Tart
I saw a chestnut tart in my neighborhood bakery that looked really good, but I thought I could make it myself. I combined almond and chestnut cream for a double nutty kick.I used Bonne Maman's creme de marron (chestnut cream). The cream is sweet, so I held back on the sugar. While baking, keep an eye on it and adjust the temperature as necessary. The tart will easily crumble while hot, so make sure to completely cool before taking out of the pan. Recipe by Yossy

Rum Raisin and Walnut Pound Cake
I've made pound cakes with different fillings, but this one, made with what I had in the kitchen, was superb!Let the middle sink when you are pouring the batter into the tin. When it has been in the oven for 10 minutes, make a vertical slit down the middle. That's about it really. Recipe by Uminohoshi purin

Autumn Carrot Spice Cake
Carrot Cake as a Bundt Cake is definitely a switch from the standard oily type cake with cream cheese frosting.

Cinnamon & Walnut Bundt Cake
Hello everyone, yesterday turned out to be quite a busy day for me, from food shopping for different recipes, walking Charlie, catching up with some friends on Skype that I have not spoken to in a while, and working on different projects which are all just very exciting. 🙂 Easter is coming up very quickly, well for us our Easter (Greek Easter) is on April 8th, so we have a couple of more weeks. I am hoping to make the traditional Greek Cookies that we have during Easter time. (My arm has been acting up on me again with all the weather changes and it has been strapped up with a band)Come to think of it the Easter Cookie recipe is how I actually met my blogging buddy, and dear friend Dee dee from Invisible-no-more. I had just started blogging and I was searching for blogs that expressed what I was interested in and I came across Dee dee’s. Some of Dee dee’s post were so funny and some so touching, that I commented on one of them and she replied. 🙂 Dee dee asked me if I had a recipe for the Greek Easter Cookies…I sent the recipe and she made them last year & posted them on her blog, the cookies looked so good!!Dee dee has a special place in my heart. 🙂I wasn’t going to do any cooking today, I had some leftover Pastichio that I had made so I was just going to bake a cake. 🙂 The cake started out as a basic Vanilla Cake but I ended up adding Cinnamon and Walnuts, don’t ask why I just felt like I should add something more than just Vanilla. :)

My Favorite Pumpkin and Pecan Tart
I was planning to bake a pecan tart for Thanksgiving day, but my boyfriend told me suddenly he wanted to eat pumpkin pie, so I had to change my plan! I made this gorgeous dessert with both pecan nuts and pumpkin, and the result was so delicious. The tart crust may crack easily after you take it out from the oven at Step 7, so handle with care. I personally feel the wheat germ biscuit tart crust is the best match with the filling. It is easier to make if you use the already baked tart crust. Spread with generous amounts of the jam and amaretto mixture, to make the tart taste much better. Recipe by dreamy-kitten

Cake with grapes
My kids love cake most especially grapes cake.#sokoto state

Caramel Apple Tart
When I used a recipe that bakes the crust and almond cream/filling at the same time, the crust and almond cream turned out undercooked, so I came up with a recipe where the crust is baked "blind" in advance.Don't cut the apples too thinly. The petal shape will be three dimensional and look nicer if the apples have a certain thickness. The sauteed apples will shrink considerably once they are cooled. Please be careful not to overcook them in step 13. Recipe by mocchi4141

Grape Tart with Red Wine Jelly
I wanted to make a tart that reflected the season. I tried really hard to poke out the seeds with a toothpick, but wasn't able to remove them well. So I placed the grapes on top, but it turned out they were actually seedless.A tart with just grapes didn't look all that impressive, so I added red wine jelly. Please adjust the baking time for the tart according to your household oven.I had some leftover crème diplomat, which is made by mixing heavy cream and custard cream, so it might be good to make 1/2~2/3 the amount called for. Or you can use the leftovers for another sweet... I used red wine jelly for the finishing touch, but if the jelly is liquid after adding the wine, chill it in the refrigerator for a bit so that it's easier to work with before pouring it on the tart. Crunchy Caramel Apple Tart
I love tarts! I had a lot of apples that I needed to eat, so I thought I'd make a tart with them!Moist apples are good, but I also wanted that crispy caramel texture. It's a very tasty match of flavors. The crust recipe here will give you more than you need for this tart, so you can freeze the leftovers for your next dessert. If you add rum, add it during Step 9.If you add the caramel topping it will become crispy and crunchy, but you can leave it out if you like.As time passes and the tart reaches room temperature, the caramel will begin to soften. For 1 tart pan. Recipe by marine
