Coated Peanuts

Wash ur groundnut sprinkle a salt and put in a sifter to drain

Sift ur flour and baking powder in a bowl and add ur nutmeg salt and stir together then set it aside

In a separate bowl crack ur eggs and add sugar then whisk properly till the sugar melts

Put ur ground nut in a bowl add a little egg mixture and turn properly then sprinkle the flour and shake anticlockwise continue adding the egg mixture and flour bit by bit till its fully coated
