    Pick the groundnuts and wash carefully without peeling. Blanch in a salt water for three minutes then seive and dry

    Mix the flour with milk and Nutmeg powders and set aside. Beat the eggs with sugar until uniform and sticky

  3. 3

    Pour the dried groundnuts in a wide container, add half egg mixture and turn until it until well coated

  4. 4

    Add few spoons the dried ingredients and shake until it is coated. Continue adding the wet and dry ingredients periodically while shaking until it is well coated

  5. 5

    Use your hand to separate those stucked together

  6. 6

    Heat oil and fry until golden brown
