Ingredients

  1. 1 CupGroundnuts
  2. 1 CupFlour
  3. 2Egg
  4. 2 table spoonSugar
  5. 1 teaspoonBaking powder
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 1 teaspoonFlavour
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Put your groundnuts in a bowl, remove the dirty ones and set aside

    Seive the flour in a plate and set aside too

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl break the eggs,add sugar,baking powder, flavour, pinch of salt and whisk until the sugar dissolves

  4. 4

    Add one spoon of the mixture into the bowl of the groundnuts and shake in a circular motion then add a handful of the flour and shake in a circular motion again continue this procedure until all the mixture of the egg is finished and the groundnuts are coated with the flour

  5. 5

    Heat your oil in a pan and fry on a low heat,stire continuously to avoid burning

  6. 6

    Allow to Cool
