Omelet Piccata with Pork Offcuts

Originally I wanted to cook piccata with inexpensive pork, but I wanted to make it more voluminous, so I made it into a big omelet.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 gramsThinly sliced pork offcuts
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 2 tbspEasy melting cheese
  4. 1Salt and pepper
  5. 1Plain flour

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper. Dust with flour and mix well.

    Beat eggs, add the easy melting cheese and Step [1]. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, and pour in the Step 2 mixture.

  4. 4

    Stir gently, and cook the pork through.

  5. 5

    When the egg starts to cook, move it to the side.

  6. 6

    Flip, and make an omelet shape.

  7. 7

    Turn down the heat to the lowest setting. Cover with a lid, and steam-fry for about 2 minutes to cook through.

    Done.
