Ingredients

  1. Slightly Fried tofu
  2. Onion
  3. Grated carrots
  4. Grated cabbage
  5. Spices
  6. Grated scotch bonnet
  7. Seasoning
  8. Sliced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry onion and scotch bonnet in small amount of oil add spices of choice and seasoning Fry for a min or 2 then add cabbage

  2. 2

    Until soft then add carrots and fry too for 2 min then sliced onions

  3. 3

    Stir fry and add the tomatoes then the fried tofu

  4. 4

    Serve hot hot
