Cookie bouquets are pretty well-known in the U.S., but not really popular in Japan yet. You'll lose track of time thinking about what designs and colors to use.

In summer, cookie dough has a tendency to become soft easily and is hard to handle. Once cutting out the shapes, return the dough to the freezer for a bit, and stick them on the egg-coated skewers once hardened. Recipe by Nemunemugorichan

Ingredients

  1. Royal icing
  2. 2 tbspPowdered egg white
  3. 150 gramsPowdered sugar
  4. 3 tbspLemon Juice
  5. 1Wooden skewers

    Make the cookies. I wrote in my initials on these.

    Using a Wilton brand #5 icing tip, draw flower patterns on the cookies.
