Bring a large pot of water to the boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain it and toss in a large bowl with a splash of sesame oil.

Combine the lime juice, water, peanut butter, soy sauce, chilli sauce and sesame oil in a microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds, the stir to create a uniform sauce.

Add the sauce to the noodles and toss to mix. Stir in the chicken, pepper, sugar snaps and edamame. Top individual servings with the crushed peanuts.
