Gobi 65 to Manchurian
Gobi Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese recipe that is a very famous food in India. The Manchurian is the gravy version. Gobi 65 is the dry version. The story goes that spiced chicken was served as the 65th menu item in a military canteen. When vegetarians looked for a similar recipe, Gobi 65 was born! Gobi means cauliflower. The number 65 stuck to its name, making it Gobi 65.

Sweet and Sour Chicken Thigh Bites
This is a bit different from regular sweet and sour pork. It includes soy sauce for seasoning, making the tender chicken thigh bites extra flavorful. It's perfect with rice!

Spicy and Crispy Wagyu Beef with Jasmine Rice

General Tso Chicken
The crispiness of the chicken is mostly due to the corn starch in the dry mix. If you like a more saucy dish then I would double the sauce ingredients. Currently this is enough to just coat the chicken.

Baked Sweet & Sour Chicken

No. 1 Chicken Nanban!
I changed the Nanban vinegar sauce to suit both children and adults. You can also use both~!It goes great with fish and pork. The end result will be light if you use breast meat and juicy if you use chicken thigh meat If you don't have time to make the tartar sauce, mix a boiled egg, mayonnaise, and ketchup together. It is great in a bento too!You can pair this with cabbage, sliced onions, green peppers, and carrots. They taste like they were marinated if you put them under the meat, and it is delicious.
