Ingredients

  1. 15Brussels sprouts
  2. 450 gramsMinced chicken
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1Egg
  5. 200 mlPanko
  6. 1Salt
  7. 1Pepper
  8. For the breading:
  9. 1as required Plain flour
  10. 2Beaten egg
  11. 1as required Panko
  12. 1as required Oil for deep-frying

Cooking Instructions

    Score a crisscross at the bottoms of the Brussels sprouts and blanch until tender.

  2. 2

    Chop the onion.

  3. 3

    Combine the chopped onion, minced chicken, panko and egg in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Wrap the Brussels sprout with the mince mixture.

  5. 5

    Dust them in the flour, dip into the beaten eggs and roll in the panko. Deep-fry in the oil heated to 170-180˚C until golden brown.
