Spinach & Mashed Tofu with Homemade Sesame Miso Dressing

Mashed tofu dishes with sesame miso sauce that are made thoroughly and patiently taste great of course, but easily made ones are delicious too If you have sesame sauce granules on hand, the flavor can be quickly arranged and the slightly difficult to make mashed tofu with sesame miso sauce dish can be made easily!
You can drain the water from the tofu by boiling or heating in the microwave, but those methods also cook off the flavor, so when making this mashed tofu with sesame miso sauce, take the time to drain the water. But if you drain too much of the water, it will become dry and crumbly, so only drain it moderately! Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei

- 1
Drain the tofu by breaking it into large pieces and place into a colander. If you're in a hurry, lay a small plate on top!
- 2
Boil the spinach in salted water. When done, drain the water and cut into 4-5 cm long pieces. Wring out the excess water.
- 3
Combine the drained tofu, sesame sauce granules, and miso in a bowl.
- 4
You don't need to use a mortar and pestle to mix, just use a spoon or fork! You can enjoy the texture of the grains of sesame. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed.
- 5
Once seasoned, add the wrung out spinach. If you don't have sesame sauce granules, add the ingredients listed above and mix in the same fashion.
