Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 blockTofu (silken)
  2. 1Avocado
  3. 6to 7 leaves Lettuce
  4. 3Cherry tomatoes
  5. 1Bonito flakes
  6. 1Shredded dried seaweed
  7. Dressing
  8. 2to 3 tablespoons Mentsuyu
  9. 2cm Wasabi, tubed
  10. 1Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the skin from the avocado and cut into bite-sizes. Chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces as well. Shred the lettuce and tofu by hand. Combine the wasabi and mentsuyu and mix.

    Combine the lettuce, avocado, tofu and tomato in a dish (in that order), then drizzle the wasabi and mentsuyu dressing over. Add a little mayonnaise on top.

    Sprinkle bonito flakes and shredded dried seaweed and serve!
