  • 1 quartuncooked couscous
  • add ins
  • 29 ozblack beans drained
  • 2 canwhite beans sixteen ounces each
  • 16 ozmushrooms
  • 8 ozchopped water chestnut
  • vegetable broth
  • 3 quartwater
  • 3 largepeeled slice carrots
  • 3celery sliced
  • 6 smallshallots
  • 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • nuts
  • 1/2 cupmixed nuts chopped anf toasted
  • 1Brazil nuts
  • 1hazelnuts/mrs Filberts
  • 1walnuts
  • 1almonds
  • 1pecans
  • the beans
  • 1 tspwasabi paste

Steps

  1. 1

    crack the nuts set aside

    take the broth ingredients boil them

    chop the mushrooms sauté in olive oil

    heat the beans and water cheastnuts add wasabi paste

    remove the carrots celery and shallots put with beans add couscous to broth stir well add remainder of the ingredients
