Ingredients

  1. couscous
  2. 1 quartuncooked couscous
  3. add ins
  4. 29 ozblack beans drained
  5. 2 canwhite beans sixteen ounces each
  6. 16 ozmushrooms
  7. 8 ozchopped water chestnut
  8. vegetable broth
  9. 3 quartwater
  10. 3 largepeeled slice carrots
  11. 3celery sliced
  12. 6 smallshallots
  13. 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  14. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  15. 1 tspground black pepper
  16. nuts
  17. 1/2 cupmixed nuts chopped anf toasted
  18. 1Brazil nuts
  19. 1hazelnuts/mrs Filberts
  20. 1walnuts
  21. 1almonds
  22. 1pecans
  23. the beans
  24. 1 tspwasabi paste

Cooking Instructions

    crack the nuts set aside

  2. 2

    take the broth ingredients boil them

  3. 3

    chop the mushrooms sauté in olive oil

  4. 4

    heat the beans and water cheastnuts add wasabi paste

  5. 5

    remove the carrots celery and shallots put with beans add couscous to broth stir well add remainder of the ingredients
