A very tasty wheat-free savoury pancake!

Since I knew how to cook, I made a lots of pancake. I tried so many different recipes to receive a perfect pancake like I always seen in movies when I was a little child.And this recipe is the result of many year trying to make the same dish.

This recipe was done be me and a group of friends by mistake by acsedentely pouring to much mix into a pan

We have this for dinner sometimes and great for picky eaters. Can’t really tell if there’s carrot #pickyeatergreat for eczema allergies food. I added a little bit of yogurt for his body to get used to dairy. I noticed soy milk makes the pancake more fluffy and heavy than water.#allergies #eczema #vegan

This is a recipe I thought of when I wanted to use some store-bought pancake mix and is now a pretty common sight in our house. They taste great with yoghurt substituted in for the milk as well,.For Step 2 - If you are using a fluorine-coated pan then please don't use any oil. If you are using any other type of pan please grease it with a thin layer of oil.If you make small pancakes this recipe will yield 7-8 of them. I made thick pancakes that I longed for when I was in high school. Eating this pancake makes me happy!

Tried many recipes that failed, finally found one that turned out great! I added vanilla and cinnamon to the batter for a little more flavor, hope you all enjoy this version- :ohyeaah

When we have company, I get tired of always standing over the stove cooking, especially at breakfast. This saves me from that.

This was my first attempt to make rice pancake or appam or hopper. It is made from rice flour, fresh coconut milk and yeast. In this recipe I use small moulds to cook them instead of a non-stick appam pan.I lightly beat four eggs and used a spoon to scoop in the egg.
