My quest for adventure led me to try out this recipe, and it was heavenly.

Inspired by my cutest niece Precious because she ate her share and asked for more😍

My daughter was fasting and asked me to make pancake for her to break the fast with.

It taste like sliced bread, I was out of bread and I crave for it, then just decided to create a simple recipe. And atkast it was awesome, delicious and yummy.

My client never wanted to throwaway her overripe plantain,she called me to use it up for her,this baby came up

I always love pancake mornings, making it is very mechanical for me cos i add anything i can lay my hands on into it. My constant is always egg and sugar, while I play around with any other ingredient in my pantry.

I always try to avoid raising agent when making pancakes but this saturday morning i decided to try a different recipe and it was one fluffy pancake.

I had homemade tigernut flour and pineapple Paste,I decided to introduce this lovely to my client,trust me,it was loved and bae💃

So, I've been substituting butter/margarine with vegetable oil in almost everything I make that calls for butter/margarine & I decided to try it in pancakes this morning. Need I say it came out great? Do try out my recipe & don't forget to cooksnap.
