Cooking Instructions

Sieve 5 cups of flour in a bowl.
Add sugar,yeast, cinnamon and salt. - 2
Mix it all together.
Make a well and add lukewarm water.
Mix till all the lumps have melted. - 3
Put it in a warm place to rise.
Wait for 30 to 45 minutes. - 4
When it has risen add 2 to 3 cups of oil to a deep fry pan or deep pot.

Make balls with the batter using a spoon and add to the frypan.
Fry till golden brown and keep in a sieve. Eat hot!
