Cabbage and Potatoes with Garlic Butter

Just use whatever vegetables in your fridge.
My husband hates vegetables, but he loves this recipe!

After adding the cabbage, cook for a second over high heat.
I use a half of consommé cube by crushing with my fingers.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/4Cabbage
  2. 2Potatoes
  3. 2 cloveGarlic
  4. 5 gramsButter
  5. 1 tspConsommé cube

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cabbage and potatoes into 6 or 7 mm thickness. Mince the garlic.

  2. 2

    Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the garlic over low heat, avoid burning them.

  3. 3

    Add the potatoes and cook well.

  4. 4

    Add the cabbage, and sprinkle the consommé bouillon just before the cabbage water has gone. When the bouillon has melt, it is done!
