Escargot with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

45 minutes
2 servings
  1. 24Canned Escargot
  2. 6 TbsButter
  3. 2-3Garlic Cloves, minced
  4. 1/2 TspLemon Juice
  5. 1-2 TspDried Parsley
  6. Grated Parmesan cheese to dust
  7. 2Escargot Plates
  8. 2 slicesFrench or Italian bread

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Drain the Escargot and rinse in very hot water for 30 seconds. Place a sheetpan into an oven and preheat to 375

  2. 2

    Melt the butter and gently cook the garlic but don't allow to color

  3. 3

    Mix in the lemon juice, parsley, and escargot

  4. 4

    Gently cook for 2-3 minutes the place 2 escargot in each dish indentation

  5. 5

    Pour butter over each and top with Grated Parmesan cheese

  6. 6

    Bake at 375 for 15 minutes until bubbly, take out and serve.

    Serve with a Chardannay

And Never use low/no-Fat as I enjoy good food. I never take procedural pictures as most cooks know how to boil water and stir sauces.
