Ingredients

  1. 1 cupyellow moong dal
  2. 1/4 tspgreen chilli paste
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. Pinchhing
  5. as requiredOil for frying
  6. 1/4 tspeno

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the moong dal properly and let it soak for 4-5 hours

  2. 2

    Now drain all the water and grind it coarsely and add green chilli paste, salt and hing and make a thick paste

  3. 3

    Beat it for 5 mins till it becomes fluffy add eno and mix it gently

  4. 4

    Now with help of a spoon put little little in the hot and oil and fry it on low flame till crisp

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with green chutney and ketchup
