Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsLady's finger diced
  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 2 tbspOil
  5. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspDhaniya powder
  9. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  10. As RequiredLemon wedges
  11. 1 tspGaram masala
  12. As RequiredCoriander Finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop onion, Tomato, and dice lady's finger.

    Heat oil in a pan adds jeera and once it turns brown add onions and saute for 5 mins. Add diced bhindi and mix well and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

    Now add tomatoes and cook again for 3 to 4 minutes, now add all spices and mix well. Add some 1 tsp lemon juice to remove all stickiness from bhindi, sprinkle some coriander and serve with roti, paratha.
