Soy Meat Hamburgers

Lately I'm trying to avoid eating too much fat, so I tried making something that used dried minced-type veggie meat (vegetarian meat made with soy beans). These taste similar to chicken burgers.

The burgers have a much better texture than tofu burgers. Add some ground sesame seeds or shiso leaves for even more flavour. Recipe by wedham
