Soy Meat Hamburgers

Lately I'm trying to avoid eating too much fat, so I tried making something that used dried minced-type veggie meat (vegetarian meat made with soy beans). These taste similar to chicken burgers.
The burgers have a much better texture than tofu burgers. Add some ground sesame seeds or shiso leaves for even more flavour. Recipe by wedham

I didn't have ground meat, so I made burgers using tofu only.At stage 3, let the onions and tofu cool down completely before mixing, since if they are hot the egg will get scrambled. The burgers burn easily so cook them over a fairly low heat. Recipe by akko_beer cookpad.japan -
Meat-Free Silken Tofu Hamburger Meat-Free Silken Tofu Hamburger
I wanted to try making a hamburger from tofu. I wondered what the hamburger would be like if I used silken tofu, so I came up with this. It was surprisingly easier to make compared to a meat hamburger and it beat the flavor!Don't be stingy with the panko! Make sure to use the same amount as the tofu! Unlike meat, even they burns a little, they will still smell and taste great. Just cover up the burned part with sauce! I always eat them with teriyaki sauce (soy sauce, sugar, mirin, katakuriko dissolved in water, and ground sesame seeds). If you are making these for two, you could use all 3 of the smaller 3-block tofu packs that you often see. Use the same amount of panko as the tofu, one small onion, and one egg (the size of the egg doesn't matter). It's also fine to use firm tofu instead of silken tofu. Recipe by CNA cookpad.japan -

Eggless Soft, Stewed Hamburgers Eggless Soft, Stewed Hamburgers
I wanted to make stewed hamburgers, and made the sauce with ingredients that I had at my house. This was because I didn't have ingredients like red wine and bay leaves that are frequently used in stewed hamburgers.I ended up using a lot of panko by accident, but because of that, it created soft and easy to eat hamburgers. The hamburgers are made while the sauce is simmering in another pot, so it shortens the cooking time.If it's too much trouble, you can omit the onions, flour and water from the ingredients for the sauce, and add all of the other ingredients directly into the frying pan.If you choose to do this, gradually add some water to the thick sauce, and adjust accordingly.
