Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork
  2. 150 gramsKimchi
  3. 1/4Cabbage
  4. 1Carrot
  5. 1packet Shimeji mushrooms
  6. 100 gramsPlain yogurt
  7. 2 tspSesame oil
  8. 50 ml★Milk
  9. 1★ Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the carrot, chop the cabbage, and shred the shimeji mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork. When the pork has browned, add the vegetables and keep frying further. Season with 2 pinches of salt and pepper.

    Add kimchi and milk to the pan and mix. Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

    Remove the lid, add the plain yogurt, mix well, and it's done.
